THINGS TO KNOW

Dress Smart: SHORTS SHORTS SHORTS! If you show up in pants or jeans, I will send you home. This summer is anticipated to be the hottest on record. Be smart!

HYDRATE: Drink water constantly. One gallon a day or more. When you are on the field, desperately drinking water to feel better, remember that the water you drink TODAY hydrates you for TOMORROW. Be PROACTIVE!

ATHLETIC SHOES: Athletic fits shoes with ankle support are required for all marching rehearsals. Crocs, flip flops, sandals, Converse, Skater Shoes... these are NOT appropriate for outdoor rehearsal. 

PHYSICAL: All students are required to complete a physical and provide me with a copy upon completion. I will send home forms with every students before the end of the year. These can be completed and returned to me at ANY time. I MUST have ALL physicals completed before August 1st.
