Physicals are required each year for all incoming 9th - 12th grade band students.

Here are a couple of clinics in town that are offering physicals if you can't make it during our summer date. Cost is usually $25 - $35

Physicals prior to May 2026 will not be valid for the 2026-2027 School Year.
Please be sure you turn in your Physicals and Medical History to your coach, band director, or to one of the Athletic Trainers.

Parents can login to Rank One to complete all on-line student forms.
All Athletic Forms that are required will be submitted electronically with the exception of the UIL Pre-Participation Physical and Medical History.
The student's 6 digit ID number will be required to complete forms.

All online forms must be completed before any student athlete will be allowed to practice or tryout for any athletic team.
